12:00-13:00 Self Care Therapeutic Yoga
A slow and gentle class with focus on self care and healthy habits, where we invite self compassion, resilience and space to be with our emotions. We explore soothing and grounding asana, calming breathing practices, self massage techniques, mantra and meditation, to regulate our nervous system towards a sense of inner comfort and safety. Taught by highly trained yoga therapists.
Open to anyone and everyone.
