Meet your mind through stream of consciousness free writing and learn the power of intention and how to distinguish between values vs. goals. Practice breath centered gentle asanas to enliven the body without loosing energy. Bring it all home with a long yogic sleep/Yoga nidra-meditation, sow the seed of intention in your unconscious mind.

2. BEFRIEND YOUR INNER BEING

A journey through your layers of existence via stillness and sound. A grounding yin-style practice to release stress in hips and spine coupled with easy breathing practices that naturally lengthen your exhales and soften your inner physiology: heart rate, blood pressure and cortisol levels. Vibrate in and through using your voice and then rest in the stillness of your inner witness in an Antar Mauna (inner silence) meditation.

3. SCIENCE OF STRESS AND THE RELAXATION RESPONSE – TURN LIFE UPSIDE DOWN VIA SUPPORTED INVERSIONS

Learn the physiological science behind how & why these yoga practices effect your nervous system so profoundly. How to use them wisely to manage the stressors of everyday life. Discover that you can unravel them, create new peaceful thought patterns: shanta vrttis, and rest into a relaxed mind. A luxurious restorative practice with supporting props and gentle assists to guide you beyond the body-mind into ananda: the fullness of your existence.
